A Discussion of End of Life Matters

End of life conversations are rarely welcomed, however, coupled with a sampling of chocolate treats, one might be persuaded to engage the mind, heart, and tastebuds. Join us for an opportunity to learn about non-traditional burials, pre-funeral planning, and creating your own obituary. New and unique ways of approaching these subjects will be introduced with a panel discussion followed by a facilitated question and answer period. Participating in the program will be:

  • Sophia Sayigh, Green Burial Massachusetts
  • Ronald Eaton, Dignity /Nickerson Funeral Homes
  • John S. Parke, Obituary Writing Workshop Leader

Delicious chocolate refreshments will be served. REGISTRATION IS REQUIRED Call the Orleans Senior Center to register: 508-255-6333. Non-residents may register beginning 5/27.
