Death is a universal part of all of our lives, and something that we don't often get to talk about openly. Join us on 4/25 at 11am for a live virtual discussion with a panel of experts in various aspects of death and dying. The panel will stream on Facebook via the Daughters of Darkness page, and you can ask your questions and get them answered live.
Event coordinator and panel moderator is historian and podcast host Kristin Harris of @lifeaftermidnightsalem. The panelists are: Jo Oltman (@anubisabysmal) from Green Burial Mass, Sara Richard (@the_graveside_ladies @sararichardart @thewicklowskulls), artist for the webcomic Wicklow Skulls, as well as a volunteer grave stone cleaner, Rachel Meyer (@epochpreservation), owner of Epoch Preservation, a stone conservation business specializing in the preservation of burial grounds, Lily Cardaropoli (@maidofthemounds) from Maid of the Mounds; certified celebrant and iconography expert, Kat Kimball, board member and representative of Funeral Consumers Alliance, Ruth Faas (@mourningdovestudio) from Mourning Dove Studios, a natural burial products company, and Laurie Moran (@thecemeterrarium) taphophile, death positive artist, and organizer of the Daughters of Darkness Festival.
